Responsible for the fiscal and facility operation of a 600 family reform congregation providing early childhood education, religious school, and program facilities.  Administration of all office operations, budget, internal and external communication, fundraising, membership and personnel.  Oversees activities of various temple boards and committees.

Serve as the Chief Executive, Financial and Operating Officer, responsible for the $3.3 million budget for fiscal and facility operation of a full service synagogue, which includes an early childhood program, full day school through 6th grade, religious school, catering services and program activities. Coordination of temple general and executive boards, board of education and synagogue committees.

Responsible for the fiscal and facility operation of a 600 family full service synagogue which includes an early childhood program, religious school, catering services and program facilities. Coordination of all administrative operations, budget, communication, publicity, fundraising, membership, and personnel.  Oversees activities of the Temple general and executive boards, committees, and all Temple arms. Additional responsibilities include administration and program development of on-going youth activities, grades 6-12.  Recipient of thirteen (13) United Synagogue of America Solomon Schecter Awards of Excellence in Synagogue Administration, Youth Activities, College Programs, and Synagogue Programs.

UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI - WHITTEN UNIVERSITY CENTER

Director

Responsible for the administration of the Whitten Center, a 200,000 square foot facility which houses food service, a swimming pool, bookstore, recreation area, lounges, offices, and meeting facilities. Coordinated all programs and functions for all campus activities that utilized the complex. Supervised four full-time administrators, 10 support staff, and 100 student employees. Managed an income and expenditure budget in excess of $1.5 million. Additional responsibilities included advising various student organizations and programs such as International Students, Student Government, Commuter Student Association, and the Student Activity Fee Allocation Committee along with the development of future plans for facility expansion and renovation.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Whitten Student Union, including personnel and budget.

Assisted in the direction and development of a multi-faceted student activities/student union program, including student organization registration, advise student government agencies, all campus programming and student leadership programs. Additional responsibilities included aiding in the supervision of the student union and its facilities, staff training, and income producing operations.

Assistant to the Dean of Student Services

Chairperson to the student petition committee, handled student concerns regarding services of the college, student discipline, assisted the Dean with special projects, and performed necessary duties in his absence. Staff Associate, Career Planning and Placement Advised students and assisted them in defining and clarifying their educational, career, and personal goals. Conducted an Academic Awareness Program, revised academic program outlines, assisted in student recruitment, and coordinated the Open College Program.
